After my doctor retired I now drive 11/2 hours to see Dr Abrams. He has spent the last year diligently to help find a treatment for my migraines. His assistant Madelyn has gone above and beyond in everything that I have needed. All staff and techs have been professional and pleasant. I’m so grateful for all of them.

IMO if I can give them a zero I would if I could. The supervisor nurse Jim was extremely extremely rude! The receptionist at the front said I couldn’t go back with my wife who is disabled and needs me with her. So I had to wait outside. The doctor tells my wife to come on up. I come up and the reception just leave me to the wrong area where the nearest supervisor JIM comes out and start yelling at me saying I can’t go this way even though she brought me that way. I try talking to him but he interrupted me numerous times and talked over me. He was very aggressive and got in my face as well. He got in my face two more times and yes I balled my face up in protection mode and he says that’ll be the last thing you’ll regret doing which was obviously a threat. I have never in my 63 years been treated this way at a doctors office. I recommend definitely not going to this office as they are extremely rude.
