First off the dr always trys to bump a baby step. Im sure to get you to spend more money. I was given my perscription for my contact lenses and did what any other consumer would do and find the best deal possible. I purchased a 3 month supply and started to wear them and a week in couldnt seem to see correctly. I then took my perscription back asked if there was something different on my perscription that was givin to me, come to find out i was given wrong perscription and i was told they couldnt do anything because they werent purchased from them. The receptionist told me thats why they advise customers to purchase contacts from them. So basically spend more money with them just incase they make a mistake this place is a joke and has no customer service.

I have been coming to this place for almost 5 years. I went today to get my glasses fixed, it was only the frame I accidentally sat on them because I didn’t have them on and obviously couldn’t see. I went in to go see if they can fix the frame which with my daughter at another place they have done it with no problem. It was only one side and it needed to be tightened a bit. The girl that did it came back to give me my glasses gave me an ugly look and said “Try to be carful next time ok” like I was a child it was an accident mind you I have had this glasses for 5 years and never had done this before. So ugly and disrespectful felt like a kid getting in trouble.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Nhan is really nice and evem though she only sees us once a year always remembers our names. Also bought several pairs of Costa sun glasses here. I would definitely recommend this office for you exam, glasses and accessories.
