I received excellent care from staff at Scheie, from the minute i arrived till I was discharged. I waited maybe 5 min and from then on, it was all exams by 3 different staff, very competent and answered all questions comprehensively and with care and compassion. I would highly recommend this clinic!!

My husband and I love Dr. Fleming, but I couldn't get the office to file a claim with Independence Blue Cross for my husband's eye exam. I needed that EOB so I could file a claim with my secondary insurance, to be able to recoup the copay. So we're out $75, which is no small amount. Not happy about that at all.

It was a good experience all around. I did come early in the morning (7:30) as I was told it is on first come first serve basis and I got checked in as a first time patient, then waited until 8:05 to see the nurse which assigned me to a resident Dr. Then it was the pictures and back to the resident Dr., a retina specialist, and I was done and got an appointment scheduled. It took a good portion of 2:30 hours but they were good
