My appointment went very well. I really like the doctors and they have a great selection of glasses. They took me right back on time

The doctors are good but ever since ophthalmology switched location I need to wait at least 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to see the doctor. I don’t know if other people are dealing with similar issues.this has happened 2-3 times.

-Told at the time of my appointment they do not offer the service I was seeking- Although I could tell Cynthia was helpful and understanding as she helped the front desk retrieve my records from their emr system, she told me that the location wasn’t licensed to provide CRT/Orthokeratology, though I had clearly stated the service multiple times with the schedulers before the appointment. Though it’s a common practice to get a routine exam somewhere else, it seems this caused major disruption when it came to scheduling and pulling records. I’d say be very careful when it comes to scheduling here. I’m not confident in the business management of the admin staff.

Highly competent medical team. Came with emergency issue and Dr Kyle found a way to slip me in. Dr Kyle brought both compassion and competence and explained the science well. I would recommend scheie to everyone.

Great place to get cataract surgery. Wonderful Doctors and Nurses. Fantastic experience.
