When Dr schroer was alive this was a great local place to go for years. now that there isn't a permanent doctor they could not use my insurance charged me $80 for the exam said they couldn't run it through my insurance because they didn't have a permanent doctor on staff. Said I would be reimbursed very quickly within 2 weeks that was 3 weeks ago I still haven't seen any reimbursement I will never go back

I am forever thankful to Dr scheoer my husband went in with eye problems the Drs recommendation found a Hugh problem that is now being taken care of. We had been to another eye Dr in the Cincinnati area that said his eye was fine. Thank goodness I made the appt with Dr scheoer.

Im not sure how long it should take to make lenses but its been a week with no update and they were randomly closed today. I know some places can have your glasses done in a few hours, I don't understand why they move so slow here but I recommend looking elsewhere before settling here.
