He is a great Dr and he really went above and beyond to help me keep my eyesight! I would recommend him to anyone that needs extensive eye care.

Dr. Sprowl May be a wonderful doctor, but we never got to see his expertise. I set up an appointment last week for my husband. His appointment was for 3:30pm on 07/19/18. Dr. Sprowl’s office called on 07/18/18 at 12pm. While we were at work stating that the 3:30pm appointment would not work for them. They have earlier appointments. My husband works until 3pm. I called them back at 2pm on the same day they called me. The office was closed. I called them the next morning (7/19/18). I spoke with Carmen she said they have an appointment at 2:30pm today. My husband works until 3pm. Which I told them when I set up the appointment. We really didn’t have the choice to do an earlier appointment for 7/19/19 due to they were closed at 2pm. My husband could not let his job know 24 hour in advance. She said with our new patients we schedule the latest appointment at 3pm. (That was not the appointment that was given.) Mind you it was set for 3:30pm. I asked to speak with the manager, and she said there isn’t a manager. I asked to speak with the doctor. She said he is not in yet. She was going to have him to call me. She went on and saying this our protocol. If we do a 3:30pm appointment it is subject to be canceled. The person that did the initial appointment was not a receptionist. She was a tech. That was not my fault. Bottom line they did not do what was promised, and they were not willing to give him a 3:30pm due to someone’s else’s mistake. I would not recommend them.

I've been "seeing" Dr. Sprowl for over 10-years and have always found him, and his staff, exceptionally professional! If you're looking for eye care that exceeds your expectations, your search ends here!

Dr. Sprowl is extremely thorough with his patients. He explains what is happening with your eyes and what you need to do to help. He’s quiet but knows what he’s doing. I highly recommend if you have eye problems.

Dr is really offensive will not answer any questions that you have wants to be in control of everything doesn't seem to care about you just what he thinks. Think twice before going to this guy.

Dr. Sprowl is passionate about what he does and has years of experience taking care of people and their eyes. I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Spowl and his staff and truly believe I'm getting the best care for my eyes. I wish Dr. Sprowl's ethic of care for his patients could be replicated across the spectrum of healthcare.

My father has been a patient for about 15 years. Now when he's needed most, my father's not even recoganized or found in their records.

Dr. Sprowl is very sensitive and understanding of your overall health. He takes his time and is thorough. I highly recommend his practice.
