Honestly, they deserve not even a one star. I am so frustrated with their service I will never go back and will make sure no one I know will go here. The Doctor was great when I had my two exams one for a Lasik consult and another for pink eye. The individuals at the counter were polite and welcoming but it was only downhill from that. They are not upfront with their prices and claim they didn’t know how much insurance would cover when my regular eye center Advanced Eye Care and Nationwide would tell me the price upfront. I was charged $713 on 11/19/21 and was told it would be here in a couple weeks. I called them three times and left messages and never received an answer until I called once again. Upon arrival (1/5/22 much longer than the two weeks I was told) I sent my son to pickup the glasses they wanted an additional $215 that was never discussed to give us the glasses. We paid it because I’ve already waited a while and needed them. To make things even worse, I received another bill in the mail for an additional $215….. again, this was NEVER discussed!!!! I have no idea where they are getting their numbers, but you would think in the day of purchase these “additional” charges would be discussed at time of purchase and not blindside customers with extra charges. Go somewhere else and don’t waste your time for false prices… I mean unless you enjoy getting high grossed by a bunch of conniving liars and thieves.

I have been going to the Glendale office for a few years. I had catarac surgery in 2009. I tried other doctors and just wasn't satisfied. I've needed new glasses for a few years. My eyesight couldn't wait any longer. There were some issues to be worked out but this was the year. Everyone on staff including doctor were wonderful. I got my new glasses this week and I love them. I can really see!! Night driving is a joy again. Thank you
