I felt like Dr Gardner shrugged off my concerns and made a conclusion before even looking at my eye or hearing my complaints. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour - hearing him talk about private school and whether or not someone should be in triage (which sounded like he was speaking about me). The minute I got into the visit he told me that everything everyone else has told me is inaccurate and he didn’t believe that I had a staph/strep infection in my eye, even though I had culture results and other doctors who had diagnosed me. I trust his opinion as the expert, but his delivery and complete dismissal of my concerns and what I had been through in the last 2 weeks was very disappointing. He made me feel like I was wasting his time even though I was told that’s the only doctor I could see and that’s where they scheduled my appointment. The rest of my experience was great, except for the extremely long wait and meeting with him.

The staff and medical personnel are very friendly, professional and thorough. The check in and wait time was reasonable. Dr. Gardner is really personable and takes the time to address your concerns.

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Gardner, Debbie Aberchrombie, his office personnel, surgical center personnel and all who attended to my needs both before, during and after my cataract surgeries , to anyone requiring eye services and assistance of any kind, to make an appointment ASAP. What a pleasant group of professionals and a pleasant and encouraging experience I had from beginning to end! Thank you so very much, Y’all🙏❣️ ‘I can see clearly now, the fog is gone’!
