Called to see if they accepted my insurance over the phone and they said they did. Made two separate appointments for myself and my wife to get our vision checked. When we arrived they said, "We don't accept your insurance."
I said, "Well then who answered the phone?"
The receptionist gave me that millennial stare and mumbled something along the lines of, "Oh my bad. That was me."
