Extremely irresponsive! Had to call several times to schedule an eye appointment as the calls were directed to voicemail and they never got back. In addition, after the appointment had to leave multiple voicemails to place an order, yet no one returned my call for more than a week. When I called back, not only they gave mutiple excuses but were also not helpful at all (tone was quite rude). Over the years I feel as if the customer service aspect has declined significantly. Not a returning customer as it's neither a reliable place to work with nor a pleasant overall experience!

We have been going to Dr. Wan for almost 20 years now. He is always so professional and personable. Even though we live 45 minutes away we still make the drive to see him. Michael has also been with the office for a long time and gives the same great service. If you want great care come here!

I’m so glad we’ve found Dr. Wan as our family optometrist! We’ve been seeing him for several years now, and this review is long overdue. Dr. Wan is not only knowledgeable of his field, but he also truly cares about his patients. He has great bedside manners and will always take the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer any questions you might have. The whole team is awesome and we especially appreciate Michael, who can often times fix your eyeglasses even when they are a bit of a mangled mess! We have to drive more than 30 minutes to get to Scripps Poway Eyecare, but the drive is completely worth it. Highly recommend this office!
