After 2 years of not visiting an optometrist I finally pulled the trigger and called around a few offices with good reviews. Sea Cliff Optometry was the only place that answered the phone and was able to fit me in within a week. The entire experience was phenomenal, starting with the friendly and helpful staff. My appointment with Dr Lam was very efficient - she also made time to patiently answer all the questions I had about my RX, best practices, etc.!

While patient care is top notch here when you’re seeing an optometrist, customer care and patient care outside of scheduled appointments is frustratingly inconsistent. Sometimes I receive replies to my questions and other times I don’t; sometimes I receive appointment reminders and other times I don’t; I never received a reply to a voicemail; there was a contacts order that had been delayed months with no word; etc. I love the optometrists here, but as consistency has continued deteriorating, I’ve gotten the feeling that they’re just not a very organized operation. It’s sad but it might be time to start shopping around after being a patient for years.

Dr Rudyak and her assistant Alice are extremely knowledgeable, kind, helpful and fun to work with. The eye exam was very thorough and informative. Dr. Rudyak went out of her way to be sure that my lenses were perfect. She is so caring and accommodating. It was fun selecting frames with Alice and I am very happy with my choices. They also worked with my busy schedule and made it so easy for me to get appointments that worked for me. I highly recommend Sea Cliff Optometry.
