Very smooth experience from start to finish. I love that I can book my appointment online without having to call. They send text notifications before your appointment as reminders which is great. Once you get there you are immediately greeted and paperwork is very minimal. I love that they have the types of eye dilation, whether or not it’s covered by insurance, and what’s recommended all on the paper for you to select. Once you are done paperwork you are taken back very quickly and every person that helps you is always very attentive and friendly. They’re great about making sure you understand what they are doing and asking if you have any questions or concerns. This place is hands down the easiest and least stressful medical appointment you could ever go to, as well as not taking unnecessary time from your day

I recently switched to Sea Eye Care, as my husband had recommended this practice. Upon walking in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and welcomed to start the paperwork process with the receptionist explaining each page. Once finished with the paperwork, they took me back immediately. The staff is exceptional, I was impressed with how personable they were and made going to the eye doctor enjoyable. The Eye Doctor (Dr. K) is very knowledgeable and thorough during the whole experience. One thing that stood out to me is that he wants his customers to have access to the newest research-supported options, in other words, he wants the best for his customers. He is also personable and is happy to answer any questions you may have. I am very happy that I made the switch to this practice and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a local Eye Doctor.

Sea Eye Care in Norfolk really was a terrific experience! When I walked in, I was immediately greeted and provided assistance. They were very prompt and I didn’t have to wait for my scheduled appointment. Their service was thorough but efficient. Lastly, I want to say I appreciated their friendly and timely service. I would strongly recommend their service…. I know I will likely go back!
