Great Doctor, resolved my retina issue, friendly and answered all my questions.

Staff is friendly and accommodating and Dr.Platt is ready, willing and capable to diagnose and treat your eye problems. He works hard with you to put a plan in effect to restore your vision to acceptable levels.

Dr. Platt is a knowledgeable professional, with a great "bedside manor". Easy to talk to, with questions answered in a way that is easily understood. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Dr. Platt and his staff are excellent. He and Diane explained every step. I was very nervous for these shots and I honestly did not feel anything. So thankful for this wonderful amazing team I have to take me thru this new journey I have to go thru.

He very quickly makes me feel at ease and makes me also feel that I am his most important responsibility for the day and that I am definitely a priority.

Dr Platt is awesome. You will wait to see him, but it is worth it because he takes time when he talks with you. You never feel like you are bothering him. He's very smart and professional.

Dr. Platt genuinely cares about his patients & always takes time to explain. Recently, I had to make a decision about changing the medication for my eye injections & he helped guide me to a decision I am happy with. The staff is friendly, efficient, & caring.

Dr. Platt is very nice, the staff is very friendly. I enjoy seeing him for my yearly visit. He is only at the Crocker Rd. office once a month but he does have an east side office as well.

I am very much impressed with Dr. Sean Platt and his office. I decided to switch my yearly care to monitor a previously repaired retinal hole to their office after a not-so-great experience at a different practice. I am very very glad I had a hunch to switch because turns out, the hole needed extra repair from not being repaired well a few years ago. I am so thankful to his office for getting me all fixed so fast. And Mike his PA and the tech Aman-Rah (I hope I spelled that right!) are both excellent, kind and fun to talk to people as well!!

Had a somewhat stressful day thinking I needed a procedure done emergent but ended up leaving the office after seeing Dr. Platt feeling much better and happy with the experience and NOT needing the procedure done after all. He was very thorough and explained everything for me so well. He also answered every question that I had. He made it a point to be very clean and sanitary during my exam as well which was reassuring for anything on the face, specifically the eyes.

All the girls and guys that work there are so nice. Dr Platt has went above and beyond to save my eyes he is a very good Doctor who cares.

I have had several eye surgeries performed by Dr. Platt, including a detached retina and an eye injury that required the removal of a lense that was from a cataract surgery, and a more complex inner eye lense installed. The retina surgery went well and he was always professional. The injury, though unfortunate, really made me realize how talented Sean is! The eye has almost fully recovered a month after the 90 minute procedure. Highly recommend this talented professional!

Great place with very nice people. Dr. Platt was great. He explained my condition in a way that I could understand and made me feel at ease about it as well.

It was a longer than usual wait time (>3hrs) however once I was placed in the room the tech was very sweet and things moved fairly quickly. Dr Platt. Is alway friendly and shares valuable information and insight for me. He makes an unpleasant experience easy to tolerate. He s an excellent practitioner

When I discovered that I had a damaged retina, I called my eye doctor at the time, and he did not feel that it was an urgent matter. I spent 3 hours trying to track an eye doctor to look at my eye and all I kept getting was the runaround. Within a couple days I managed to get in contact with a new eye doctor who sent me directly to Dr. Platt that moment and within hours I was scheduled for eye surgery the up-and-coming Monday. He not only made me feel comfortable he made me understand all the possible outcomes and this past week I had my last post-surgery consult and because of his lead and amazing coworkers, I healed 100%. He is absolutely amazing, caring, professional and has surrounded himself with such a great eyecare health facility. Thanks to everyone involved.
