The online appointment form and account setup was a breeze. Since I did all the paperwork online my appointment started promptly at it’s set time. Before each different step of the eye exam there was a clear explanation of what was happening, it’s importance, and room for questions. The glasses and sunglasses selections are very diverse. I found myself liking several pairs, but only buying two pairs. The office doesn’t feel super clinical which I enjoyed along with the background music. I love how they laminate your glasses prescription onto the back of their business card. All in all,it was pretty great service from appointment booking to glasses pickup.

I came in to fix some sunglasses I ruined sitting on them and then trying to fix them myself. They told me they would do their best and they fixed them perfectly. It only took a few minutes and they were so nice! I think the girl that helped my was named Saphyre bc it’s the name on my receipt hahah
