I had a very good experience at the clinic. The tests were thorough and the staff were very polite. I didn’t have to wait at all. Dr. John is undoubtedly one of the best eye doctors I had ever been to, he took a lot of time and explained to me everything as I have very high myopia, he explained what power I should go with for contacts and glasses. I really appreciate his time and advice and would definitely go back to see him again in the future.

I've never had such thorough service as I did when I was getting my glasses and contacts. While it is true that the glasses appointment took a long time, I found wonderful frames, and they were fitted to me expertly. My students and friends have commented about how great the new glasses look. My doctor (Dr. John Kikuchi) discovered that my previous contacts and glasses prescription was wrong (too high in one eye), and also that my contacts were warping my eye shape. He gave me a new prescription, and helped correct my (new) glasses prescription done the warping had affected my first vision test. So they're going to redo my glasses to fit my actual prescription. I've read what others have said about the front office staff, but my experience couldn't be further from them. They were friendly, greeted me by name, and we're helpful with insurance. My glasses appointment did take awhile, but I got great glasses, and a renewe and fixed prescription for glasses and contacts. I felt taken care of here, unlike some places where they brag about technology but you feel like a dog in the machine.

I loved these guys!!! I've had a lot of bad experiences with many different eye clinics in Seattle and finally found one I'll be sticking with. The staff were incredibly helpful and patient and my doctor was awesome. I wish I could remember his name. AMAZING selection of beautiful vintage frames for good prices, awesome staff, and a really thorough exam that caught a serious issue of mine that other doctors have missed. Can't recommend them enough!
