Just had a follow up visit for one of my kids with Dr. Walter today and it was a reminder or just how much I appreciate having made the change over to his practice. Initially, we switched to this place out of necessity, due to a change in insurance. Now, years later, I am so glad we did. He stays up to speed on the latest developments in the eyecare world, and we have been navigating treatment for Myopia with contacts. The whole place is attentive and helpful. Also, I have to mention Terry, love talking to that dude, and he makes navigating insurance questions and rebates a breeze. To all of you, you are the best, thank you for all you do!

There was a very, very, very long wait to see the doctor. The only thing they had to read was People magazine, so the wait was really boring. But I was really grossed out by the receptionist who kept sniffing up his snotty nose and wiping his hand across the bottom of his nose. Maybe they didn't have any tissue. But he could have gone into the restroom and used toilet paper, if that was the case. It was disgusting.

My two kids had their first-ever eye exams today and the doctor was fantastic with them! He put them at ease and made sure they had a good experience. He also helped us figure out the sties that my son has gotten for years. I’m hoping we might actually see improvement now, when before I thought this was just something we’d have to deal with for life. Highly recommended, great with kids, and thanks for being so awesome!
