This office used to be excellent but my new ophthalmologist turned out to really unusually odd and seemingly not very competent or at least not caring. I went in for annual check up for eye pressure and peripheral vision test. In the past, it was done in one visit with the doctor doing exams and verification test. This doctor asked me to come back two times then had me make appointment for the third time. She had technicians do the tests (and retest because of inaccurate results), but the doctor did not bother to do a verification test to make sure the technician’s test results are consistent with the doctor’s results. I don’t have any trust in this doctor. Another issue: I had cataract surgeries with a surgeon there but she did not bother to see me again and I was sent to optometrists, even when I reported I had some issues with blurred vision after surgery (I paid handsomely for vision correction). I asked the office to make an appointment with my surgeon, but instead I got this ophthalmologist, who failed to examine me, depending solely technicians. I am very disappointed with this group now, whose reputation and services I used to value highly. Very disappointed and disturbed by the changes for the worse of this once-reputable medical group. Updated 12/2023 Finally I was able to see my doctor again whom I had selected from the beginning based upon her background, expertise and references. I appreciated her care and treatment. But it has been a nightmare recently to get an appointment with “my” doctor (Dr Christine Tarayun: she was reason why I came back to See Clearly Vision practice). The practice keeps making appointments for me with other doctors even when I specifically asked for Dr Tarayun. Anyway, If I need doctors with other eye specialties, I may go to other practices, not necessarily other doctors of this practice! I am upgrading this review to 3 stars, because I was able to argue my way into seeing my doctor. I am not sure I will be able to see my doctor next time or will be assigned to another doctor against my will. By the way, I had to physically go to their office to get my appointment, since their phone plays music for a long time (40-45 mins) without anyone picking up their phone. It happened to me every single time I called. I left messages, got telephone tags routine. When I called back, I got free music again for a long time. I hope I will be able to give a 5 star review when the practice will stop treating me like an unknown number in a faceless medical factory.

I had cataracts in both eyes, one was really bad! A doctor not in my Network recommended Christine A Tagayun MD to me. She was fantastic! In fact, everyone I came in contact with at See Clearly Vision in McLean were wonderful. I was kinda scared of the operation as I’m basically a chicken when it comes to medical procedures, but she assured me everything would be fine, that I wouldn’t experience pain and she was 100 percent correct! I even had a complication because she found a virus in my right eye, but she took great care of me and all is good. I now have 20/20 vision and no glasses! I felt completely cared for and very confident because of Dr. Tagayun and her team. I highly recommend her!!!

Went there because my ophtamologist on august 9 th diagnosed a cataract on my right eye. After 2 evaluations I got an appointment on oct 11th for the surgery Meanwhile I went there 2 different days for 2 evaluations and I explain to all that I did not see noting from my right eye. Finally I did the surgery 2 months after the evaluation and the day after at the control visit I explained to them that there is no improvement black view before and back vision after surgery. They finally sent me to a specialist who detected me an ischemia on my optic nerve. So Bravo to those doctors who the target seems to be money money totally unprofessional I do not recommend this center
