I had the pleasure of working with Jessika at the Lansing SEE location. She provided a wonderful experience from start to finish! She ensured that I was the only one in the store with my newborn at the time of my visits. This was huge for me with the current pandemic. My father is currently in remission from a rare and aggressive form of bone marrow cancer and suffers from an extremely compromised immune system. All precautionary measures to protect him and my daughter are always taken seriously so it was very exciting to see how thorough Jessika was creating a safe and sanitized environment for me to get new glasses. Unfortunately I did not have an appointment as I should have, but Jessika Snider, the Store Manager, quickly came to the door and invited me in. She adeptly sorted through my multiple insurance program issues, and advised me on adapting the frames I chose to serve my individual needs. Her demeanor was professional and exceptionally pleasant.
