Went in, got received by Shanell who made us feel very comfortable. My daughter find her pair , got prescription the same day and it was a wrap. No wait, no worries, all the help that you desire, ask for Shanell, his professionalism was on point.

Purchased glasses from this location over the phone. Item was shipped without nose peace and were disgusting. They didn’t even take the time to check or didn’t care. The glasses were shipped back to the store and they received them. Chanel told me that a refund would be issued in 2-5 business days. This was 9 days ago, totally unacceptable. Will be reaching out to corporate. Hopefully this store isn’t a reflection of the entire organization.
