I cannot express enough how thrilled I am with the exceptional service I received from SeeWell. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of amazing. The team at SeeWell truly goes above and beyond to ensure their customers are not only satisfied but delighted. The moment I stepped into their store, I was welcomed with warm smiles and genuine kindness. What truly set SeeWell apart was their incredible knowledge about eyewear. Their expertise was evident as they shared valuable insights about frame styles, lens options, and even offered personalized recommendations based on my face shape and lifestyle. I felt like I was in the hands of professionals who genuinely cared about helping me find the best glasses for both my vision and style. Kudos to the entire SeeWell team for setting the bar incredibly high when it comes to customer satisfaction. I'll definitely be returning for all my future eyewear needs. Thank you, SeeWell, for making my glasses shopping experience an unforgettable one!

My wife purchesd a glass there and they said it will be ready in 2 week. After 3 week, we call them and they said it is not ready becasue FedEx lost the packge. After 4 weeks, we called again and they said lens is not ready. We asked a fund and they said they need our name, DOB and address by email. Ok, but they are so rude all the time during every call like they don't care their customer at all. I was asking if they can confirm if they got my email and they just siad they cannot wait and hung up my phone. I called again and no one pick up the phone again.

UPD response to Dr.Kristin I have an excellent insurance that covers my routine yearly eye exams and it doesn't need to apply as a medical. Initially I told Dr.Kristin that I have blurred eye and I would like it to be checked as a matter of fact I did had eye irritated but my most concern was that is was blurred. After checking you said I am fine. Nothing medical was performed during the appointment. Dr. Kristin you yourself said that you will process the refund because it was a regular checkup. I requested an appointment trough ZocDoc and I specially called office to make sure the visit will not cost me out of pocket. Your office confirmed me an hour before my appointment when I called that is fully covered. Maybe you should train your staff better because there is a lot of misinformation they are giving. As well as an eye exam not necessarily means prescription glasses! I been to an eye exams before...Eye exam can be done once a year to check your eye health and vision. my in fact was excellent, Dr.Kristin confirmed. Please don't fool people... here is definition so other people will not feel fooled paying $95 out of pocket. Comprehensive eye exam: Performed by an eye doctor and includes a series of routine vision tests that not only test how well you can see, but also check you for vision problems and eye diseases. This is often done once a year or once every two years. If you have vision coverage, your plan likely covers an annual comprehensive eye exam, but check your plan documents ahead of time. BE AWARE OF FRAUD!!!! Before made an appointment I filled all the paperwork on their site. I called them if they accepted my insurance and If everything is fine before I come and they told me they will call me back. They never called back so I called few hours before my appointment and they said yes we take your insurance. I specially ask them if I don't have to pay anything out of pocket. When I arrived they told me that I have to pay $95 because it consider as a medical visit and since it was a weekend they couldn't call my insurance either. After examination Dr. Kristin told me I don't have any problem with my eye and they will put it as a regular exam and they will refund me money. After few weeks I called them to ask where is my refund and they said they will refund me a check. After another hour I get call from a very rude gentleman (same that told me to pay upfront during the appointment) and say they cannot issue me a refund because its a medical visit. I told him DR. Kristin told me it was a regular exam. He said no, she performed medical treatment and I ask which one? He said she put eye drop in your eye. I said I know how regular exam is done and she did put eye dye in my eye to see eye in the machine. It's a standard procedure for the eye exam. She didn't perform nor prescribed nor gave me anything, she said my eye is totally fine. I am contacting my insurance & credit card company and reporting a FRAUD! They specially tell you your insurance cover and then when you come they ask you to pay cash.
