Everyone at Settler's Walk Eye Care is "amazing"...I know that's not very original but sincerely, from the receptionists, opticians and their assistants to the eye-docs. I'm always greeted with a warm hello and a smile...They make me feel like they genuinely care, and all of my questions and/or concerns (no matter how small) are handled promptly... T. Wasek

First visit to Settlers Walk Eye Care. Emma was very kind & patient getting the retina map images. She was also very thorough going over my eye care history & doing some initial exams for Dr. Rudolph. Dr. Rudolph was great. She spent a lot of time discussing my history and conducted a very thorough eye exam. I felt very impressed and comfortable with the professionalism, level of care & welcoming nature of everyone with whom I had contact. Looking forward to getting my new contacts!

I was traveling and left my toiletry bag including my contacts several states away. I stopped by this office in an emergency to get a few pairs of trial contacts for the rest of my vacation and to drive back home. They ultimately insisting I needed to make an appointment for a full exam there even though I had an unexpired prescription on my phone (and that it was a requirement by the Board of Optometry). I thought the one lady was going to help, but she just pointed out that "that's why you should always have a backup pair of glasses". Um, thanks. They are in my toiletry bag next to my contacts four states away. Another office was easily able to help me.
