I was traveling and left my toiletry bag including my contacts several states away. I stopped by this office in an emergency to get a few pairs of trial contacts for the rest of my vacation and to drive back home. They ultimately insisting I needed to make an appointment for a full exam there even though I had an unexpired prescription on my phone (and that it was a requirement by the Board of Optometry). I thought the one lady was going to help, but she just pointed out that "that's why you should always have a backup pair of glasses". Um, thanks. They are in my toiletry bag next to my contacts four states away. Another office was easily able to help me.

Everyone at Settler's Walk Eye Care is "amazing"...I know that's not very original but sincerely, from the receptionists, opticians and their assistants to the eye-docs. I'm always greeted with a warm hello and a smile...They make me feel like they genuinely care, and all of my questions and/or concerns (no matter how small) are handled promptly...

First visit to Settlers Walk Eye Care. Emma was very kind & patient getting the retina map images. She was also very thorough going over my eye care history & doing some initial exams for Dr. Rudolph. Dr. Rudolph was great. She spent a lot of time discussing my history and conducted a very thorough eye exam. I felt very impressed and comfortable with the professionalism, level of care & welcoming nature of everyone with whom I had contact. Looking forward to getting my new contacts!
