Cindy in the Optometry Dept has exceptional knowledge and people skills. She is wonderful. I had my first interaction with Dr.Staines, she was efficient, thorough and caring. When something wasn’t right, she immediately worked to correct the issue. I also think Dr. Bowers is an excellent diagnostician and great physician. The office however is so busy, that patients here to see him wait too long, often much longer than 2-3 hours.

When I called the Kennedy Twp. office, my conversation was with "Mara." She presents the practice in a very positive, calm and professional manner. My new glasses needed an adjustment, and I was so pleased to learn that "Cindy," in Optometry, would delay her lunch in order to be available when I arrived. My visit was so pleasant and successful. These two women went above and beyond what was expected. Thank you!!!

Dr. Bowers and his team did an excellent job! The team (at Heritage Valley Kennedy Hospital and the Office, and the Sewickley Office) all worked together to make my experience a positive one. I didn't know what to expect, and they eased my concerns and fears. Dr. Bowers was very kind and considerate, which means so much to me. I want to give a special thank you to Marji at the Sewickley office. She answered some questions I had when i went for the measurement part of the procedure. Thank you all!!
