Went in today a little apprehensive but the excellent staff put me at ease. I have one eye & usually folks are weird about it. These ppl treated me like I was any other client. Testing went fast. The Dr. focused in on helping me the best way possible. I have a referral for cataract surgery. I'm fresh off disability, so I have only worked a few days. I need to see to make a living. They are letting me pay for today's visit next Friday. Excellent folks here. You should schedule a visit.

All of the staff that I interacted with was friendly and professional. They checked me in as soon as I got there and were ready to do the eye exam a few minutes before my appointment so practically no wait time. I have social anxiety as well as anxiety from anything medical related but the staff and general atmosphere of their office made it much more manageable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an eye exam.

Great experience. I really liked the doctor and how he explained everything. Very easy to talk to. Carrie, was the best! She helped me picking out my glasses and getting the best deal for two pairs. I enjoyed talking with her and she explained everything as well.

It was fine. No one had name tags or any way to identify them so I can't say who was who, but the person sitting at the desk was really friendly and polite. The person who took my images was cold and mechanical and could work on their people skills. It might help if they had name tags or told us their name to be more personable.

Eye exam was awesome, great patient care and interaction. Frame selection left a bit to be desired as I was not asked once if I needed help as I browsed before my appointment or after. The staff member that was free was visiting with another staff member then helped someone who came in after me making my visit much longer than it should have been.

The front desk (blonde hair) gal was not welcoming or friendly at all - quite rude to be honest. The gentleman that assisted me before I saw the Dr. was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Banghu was really great as well! I usually always have a great experience here with the exception of what I mentioned.
