This place is terrible. The doctor restricts you to only being able to use your contact prescription for Kirkland Brand contacts. I have never heard of such a thing. I went to try and use my prescription for a different brand and they kicked it back saying I could only use it to reorder Kirkland brand contacts. That seems like a gimmick. I have called them 3 times to tell them to change my prescription to Hubble so I can reorder and no one responds. This place is deceptive.

I was visiting family in NorCal and realized I didn't bring enough contact lenses to last my trip. My prescription was also expired so I wasn't able to purchase more contacts. But luckily I was able to make a SAME day appointment at SFO Family Eye care Optometry inside Costco! The exam was quick and easy and getting my prescription was a breeze. Since I didn't have enough contacts, the doctor was able to give me some trial lens to last my trip. I also picked up a $5 chicken on my way out. It was a win win situation. I wish it was this easy in LA! Thanks for being so accommodating! Highly recommend this place

Very inconsistent schedules. The doctors do not get back to you even if you ask for a call. The prescriptions are wrong, and you need to spend time to come there again because the doctors fail to include the complete information in one prescription from the first time. Even though, they tell you that the do not change your old prescription, they cannot even check your Costco records and write it correctly. Very disappointed. Waste of time and money. Took $80 to tell that my old prescription is good, and were disappointed that could not get more money because I told that already had my eyes checked by another optometrist.
