I cannot speak for Lenscrafters as a whole, but if this particular store is any indication of their commitment to their customers and the care in which they provide their services, it is a spectacular company. Incredibly friendly and accommodating associates in the store, a wonderful and talented optometrist, and a beautiful and sparkling clean location. Everything runs like clockwork, if you’re there shopping for glasses, they are very patient and accommodating. If you were there for an eye exam with the in-house optometrist, it is a quick and efficient appointment, using the latest and greatest technology to measure, and determine your eyesight needs. I highly recommend it, even if you live a bit further away, it is worth the drive for the experience. This is now my 3rd year going in annually for my contact lens exam and to order new contacts, and I have been in there multiple times, looking at sunglasses and even made a couple purchases. When I was growing up, I had an eye doctor, I dreaded the visits, I was confused by the questions and the archaic equipment. Here, the doctor and the staff take time to explain everything so you understand exactly what each piece of equipment does, and they are very patient during the exam. They have nailed it with my prescriptions every time, and my eyesight has never been better or more comfortable things to this location.

I've had some of my best experiences with the Dr. at this Lense Crafters in Rancho Santa Margarita. I've seen many Optometrists throughout my years, though some were better than others, none came even close. I urge anyone not trusting my words, to pay her just one visit. I bet you won't regret your decision

I am so pleased to have found Eyedeology Optometry. Dr. Talib and her staff have the most up-to-date equipment and do the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. Her showroom has every style of glasses and you are encouraged to try them on. All in all, a thoroughly satisfying experience. Could not be happier to have her as my eye doctor.

The manager Robin was amazing as she helped me pick out frames (glasses and sunglasses) which is always so hard for me to do on my own. She was so kind and helpful. Athena did my pre screening as well as was also very kind and understanding. The eye doctor was also really great! Dr Eson? Might be spelling that wrong. All and all I had an amazing experience and I am 110% happy!!

From start finish it was by far the best eye exam I have had.? The Dr was very through. She explained step by step her findings.provided the medications I needed for my dry eyes and took care of all the necessary steps that was necessary for cataract surgery. She was very patient and explained the surgery to me showed me a picture of the cataracts and how it was affecting my vision. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing an eye exam.

Dr. Yazdan was very professional. She explained to me what was going on with my exam and helped me to understand what kind of new prescription I needed. She offered me some products that would help an issue I didn't realize was going on with my eye care. She is very nice and friendly and I felt like she wanted to help me.

Dr. Yazdan and Jay (the front desk manager) are both absolute gems and are so helpful. I can’t say enough about both of them. I’m in law school currently and don’t have vision insurance at the moment and they tried their hardest to put whatever discounts/offers they could do make it more affordable for me and I’m pretty sure they got me to save almost $300+ on my eye exam, contacts, and new prescription glasses. Again, just such great and personable woman! Way to go RSM LensCrafters!
