Visited this practice back in 2016, and again today. Dr. Gottlieb is phenomenal. He takes time to explain everything to you and you don't feel rushed. The lady who first assisted me with my eye measurements and such was super sweet and personable. The gentleman that assisted me in choosing frames was great, thorough, and went over everything detail by detail - including my exact benefits under my insurance which was nice. Working with numbers for a living, this is something I greatly appreciated. Front desk staff was great, everyone super friendly (just as when I visited in 2016). THANK YOU ALL!! 5 STAR SERVICE!!

No follow up on an order that has now been on going for 3 months. I ordered a replacement pair of glasses for my husbands glasses which we paid extra to receive extra coverage for damage or broken glasses. I requested new pair to replace broken pair 3 months ago now and still absolutely nothing. Ever since Dr. Gotlieb left and this practice was bought out the service has gone way down hill. Called for the 6th time today to check on where my husbands glasses are? On hold currently for 20 minutes while they are “checking” on status. This is crazy. I would recommend going elsewhere for reliable service.

The staff here are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Dr. Gottlieb likes to talk with his patients about their lives and follow up with them in future visits, a nice personal touch. The front desk is very courteous and helpful with sign in and insurance questions. The optical staff are WONDERFUL if you need assistance deciding on a pair of glasses! Not only will they listen to your desires and price range, they will provide honest feedback on how it looks. I've been coming here for years and never have buyers remorse. I recommend Sharper Vision to anyone, but because of this convenience I especially recommend it to glasses wearers.
