I came in for my consultation earlier this year and the experience was terrible. They did not tell me that they were first, going to numb my eyes and second, dialate my eyes. This threw me into a full on panic attack and there was nothing I could do about it because as she was telling me what was going on she started doing the tests. I had to DRIVE HOME TO SEATTLE, in the DARK, right after being dialated. It was not safe and very dangerous. They said I would be okay driving home but I absolutely wasn't. This was my first time being dilated so I didn't know what to expect, either. I had to use my apple maps to get home because I am newer to Seattle and couldn't see a thing on my phone. I would have organized a ride from my appointment. Absolutely unprofessional and I will not get my surgery done here. Very scarring experience.

I am so happy with the results of my LASIK surgery. I always feared it but finally decided to take a chance and I'm so glad I did. The staff at at Bellevue Lasik & Cataract are very friendly and explained the entire procedure and answered all of my questions. The male doctor who preformed the surgery has decades of experience. I had 15/20 vision less than 24 hours after surgery and continue to have great vision. I was fortunate and had zero complications. I'm so glad I decided to get the surgery and that I found such a wonderful clinic to preform the procedure. My quality of life has improved because of Bellevue Lasik & Cataract.

A member of my family went here for eye surgery. His surgery was rescheduled twice, he waited over an hour for a standard appointment, and they failed to answer prescription refill requests despite multiple calls. Though the survey went well, it’s hard to justify these multiple and consistent instances of poor office management. Based on his experience, I cannot caution others enough to look elsewhere for these services. You’ll save yourself significant amounts of time and frustration.
