Didn't file insurance properly delayed my order. The service counter lady was very rude. No one seemed to know how to read the insurance papers. Had to pay whole bill and than submit to insurance company whom immediately covered. Also wouldn't release my prescription. A phone call could have saved me a lot of time instead of just rude service.

The eye doctor was very patient and answered all my questions and talked about glasses as well as contacts and the receptionist was all kind 😁 will always go to this location as well as family and friends …
