Dr. Sheets is as good as they come. He’s very thorough and goes above and beyond. The bottom line is he takes care of business and gets the prescription right the first time.

Dr. Sheets is warm, professional and efficient. My family and I have all used him for years. He gets 5 stars from me. My recent issue is with the woman handling the phones. She is rude. Hung up on me without saying anything, like "Goodbye" before I could ask a follow-up question. She said I needed to drive up there to get a copy of my prescription, I could not have one emailed to me. In a pandemic, I have to expose myself to get my prescription? That policy makes no sense unless you are trying to give yourself the opportunity to sell me glasses for hundreds of dollars instead of allowing me to buy a pair for $30 online. I also have a feeling that when I drive up there to get my prescription, they will tell me it is expired and I need a new appointment to get another one. I just want to know my exact prescription, I don't even need the paper. That gets 0 stars from me, so I will round up to 3. Very disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I saw Dr. Sheets for an eye exam. They are thorough and very friendly. They have technology that allowed Dr. Sheets to see some drusen (indicating the possibility of Macular Degeneration) at the back of my eye. I am very thankful to the Doctor and staff for their professionalism and their dedication to their patients.
