Dr. Oberfeld and staff are remarkable. I recently had surgery by him with no complications, on my eye. They were so professional and had every detail planned out for you from pre=testing to ost surgical follow up. I was uneasy anout the procedure in the beginning but all my fears were quickly alleviated and was reassured that they were going to take care of me: and they did. Thanks to everyone involbed: especially Dr. Oberfield.

Just called office and spoke with someone at the deck. I was asking for my medical records to be sent to a new Dr. so I wouldn’t have to pay the $150.00 “facility fee”. As soon as she found out I wanted my records she became rude and disrespectful. I have been seeing Dr. Oberfeld and before him Dr. Markowitz for over 20 years. I am no young kid and I have never been spoken to like this at a Cleveland Clinic facility. If I had any doubts about changing doctors I don’t now. This women needs some education before she chases off other patients. I’d just get rid of her.
