Prescription wasn't right. Could not get me back in to fix. Waste of time and money for me. Suggest you go elsewhere.

Everyone is very friendly, and service is quick. The problem, however, was that the prescription was entered incorrectly. I ordered my glasses online and when I got them realized something was off. I went back and they quickly found the error in the prescription (9 read as a 4) and issued a new prescription. Because I ordered my glasses online, though, I don't really have a recourse or a way to get the issue fixed quickly. Basically, their error cost me $50. Was going to go next door to get a new pair quickly, but they were busy -- stood around for ten minutes with no one so much as looking at me, and walked out.. I don't have time for that. So yeah, I think I'll go somewhere else next time.
