I needed a non-presscription lens for a pair of glasses I already have. Every place I called acted like this was a big deal and just wanted to sell frames. I called Shettle and spoke with Brian--he said come on in and we can do that. And, he was right. I was in and out of there in under 10 minutes and it was super reasonable. Dr. Shettle and his staff all effortlessly contributed to making my appointment as a new patient an amazing experience. Every single person I encountered was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Shettle was so personable and provided excellent bedside manner. I greatly appreciated the time he took to explain each aspect of the exam. Additionally, based on his interaction with the staff, it was clear they all enjoy working alongside one another. Exceptional customer service. I have been a patient here over ten years. Everyone here is professional timely and friendly. Love the office too very elegant. The water and coffee bar is a plus as well. Always clean and tidy. Thank you to Jillian today for taking my contact order today and being so polite on the phone.
