As much as I post reviews, I’m always amazed at myself for not reading more myself. But, there are so many great experiences posted. Always a good sign when theres this much consistency. Basically, I wasn’t very happy with my previous location. Previous Dr was nice, but I did not care for the staff. Learned about Dr Shields from some friends at church a year or two ago. Family started going here before me. They have loved Dr Shields and his staff. I finally made the switch this year. I can see why. He is very personable. Makes you feel comfortable with the visit. Seemed like he truly is listening to understand any issues or concerns you may have. The staff up front was very nice and receptive for this first visit as well. Place is in a business park. If you google your directions, very easy but if you don’t it’s a little hidden back in the business park. Either way, first visit only but it was a good one and would recommend if you’re in search of an eye Dr.
