Took longer than promised and they didn't notify me when 2 sets of glasses came in. On the plus side, the optometrist was excellent and went above and beyond to get me the right prescription. He charged me less than he could have. Would I go there again? Sure! My complaints were minor. The glasses turned out excellent which is outstanding because I require specialized glasses with prisms which are difficult to get right.

There was a little wait before seeing the optometrist, but it gave us enough time to select frame options. They had frames we liked within our insurance allowance and we were done. In all, we were in and out in an hour.

I absolutely love this place! I come here every year to get my eyes checked and order contacts and glasses. I've been coming to Dr. Swain for a few years now. He is thorough and explains everything so well. I'll becoming here for years to come!!!
