The elderly woman was very slow and made a lot of mistakes in creating a file for me. In the end after getting all of my information, she hit the wrong key and entirely deleted my file. We had even discovered that my insurance paid for the frames. She lost a sale. I also have a friend's dad go there. He has to go back three times for them to get his glasses right. I can't afford to have mistakes made with my eyes. This is the only pair of eyes I have. I will take my business elsewhere!

I went there a little over a year ago for an exam, the prescription just never felt right. The staff tried new lenses and that helped just slightly. Last month I went to Pearle Vision for my exam, I feel like I have new eyes. The issues i was having with Shopkos prescription are gone no more blurry distance vision, no more eye strain at night,. I'm almost certain the eye examiner wrote something wrong or possibly just gave me a bad eye exam.
