I walked in and was greeted immediately. Customer service was great and all my questions were answered. Deborah was great to work with and had all the info on hand that was needed to make my purchase of eyeglasses go as smooth as possible. The GM (can't recall her name) was also very friendly and great to work with. All around great experience, A+ service!

This is one of the best experiences I've had for eye exam and new glasses. The exam was thorough and carried out in a proficient manner. Dr. Aksoy answered and explained all my questions to satisfaction. I was assisted by several other very helpful employees who were very pleasant. I just love my new eye glasses.

What a great team of individuals at the Bloomington Shopko Optical! I was treated with care and kindness by Katie, Stephanie, Deb and Bella. I felt confident that my eyes were in the right hands and I made good decisions with the guidance of Stephanie. I cannot wait to get my new glasses. I highly recommend this optical shop.
