I've been coming here for years and they are top notch. Their facilities are incredibly clean with excellent equipment and always hit their appointment times. Valerie is just awesome. She is efficient and communicates very well and just has an overall great attitude. All of the staff is super friendly and available whenever I have questions .

This place is horrendous! I have never found it important to leave a review , ever... until now. I was seen by Dr. Sheedy (sp?) 5 months ago for a routine eye exam and was charged $135.00 . I received a trial pair, but because of administrative errors(lost notes in my chart) the staff was unable to order subsequent contacts, as they had lost papers critical notes of my contact prescription. Instead of correcting their error, Dr Sheedy, REFUSED to see me unless I paid another $135.00 . I left the doctor, 3 phone messages, all unreturned. The staff informed me that he instructed them to let me know, to just speak with him, required an appt, at a cost (of course) of $135.00. He is all about the dollar. He will rip you off! What doctor refuses to take a patients phone call ?! What Doctor charges a patient for communication and resolution?! The best thing you can do is take my advice, you won’t regret it! DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY!

There service was good. BUT they did a bad job with my glasses they messed up my prescription I had to make two different payments and they only added the anti - reflection when the doctor said I also needed the transition and polycarbonate. I expected everything to be added when I made those payments. I wouldn't of had a problem paying more I just wanted them to do there job right. Now I struggle to drive when the sun is out because I'm missing my transition and I moved to Georgia a week after I received my glasses. So my advice is to ask what they are putting on your prescription and what you are paying for. When I called the receptionist she asked me to send her my prescription and I did but she said she didn't get anything until a week later when I had sent it many times. She also said she didn't know why they made me pay that way. I was very upset about it. All I have to say is DO YOUR JOB.
