Dr. Li caught an eye issue of mine that my previous ophthalmologist had sadly missed. She then quickly helped get my insurance approval and surgery scheduling expedited. She was also great at answering my many questions and her staff was equally as wonderful. Thank you Sierra Nevada Eye Center!

My surgeries have been done by Dr. Wolf and I am very happy with that part of this story. I am also impressed with the ladies in the back part of his office. What I am not impressed with was the front staff office. After my second eye surgery I had gone in to have Dr. Wolf check my eye. At this time everything was paid for. After I had left, I got a phone call explaining that I had not paid my portion of the bill. (The very large portion) This lady and I went round and round as I explained to her that yes, I had paid my bill on my previous visit, who I had paid it with, etc. Then I ended up talking with this person. She was on the computer the whole time I was talking to her and lo and behold she finds the payment. All she says is hit me in the head I found it. No I’m sorry for any of the conversation or the phone calls or accusing me that I did not pay my portion of the bill or anything. I tried to talk to Dr. Wolf, who did not return my phone call and I tried to talk to the head of the front of the office. No phone call returned there either. When I ran front offices, we called this bad etiquette. Maybe this is what’s wrong with the world today.

Great experience all the staff are nice especially Receptionist SALLY is great. She handles things very polite and kind. I met with doctor Westafer for my eye issue. He is knowledged and experienced eye doctor. He clearly explained about the problem and treatments.
