The only complaint is not having the courtesy call to remind me of the appointment. Once I'm in the office I'm taken care off so well. Every staff I was in contact with was professional, kind, and willing to hear you. This place is one of the best

Got there at 815 for 8 am appt. Front desk did not start working til 830a but after that everything proceeded quickly. Technicians seemed proficient. Dr Patel,OD was knowledgeable and thorough. She inspired confidence.
She was also appropriately friendly. I did not feel rushed
Also it is DIRECTLY across from Maimonides hospital so if you have doctors at the hospital this office is perfect to allow you to do two appointments in one day

Just had a appointment with Dr. Chandra at their Boro Park office and I found him to be very knowledgeable and caring. He listened carefully and answered all my questions and concerns. I'm very happy that Dr. Chandra is now a part of this practice.
