Overall, a good experience. Definitely felt staff was well trained & knowledgeable.
Suggestions:
-minimize/eliminate the need to go from the 1st to 2nd floor multiple times
-reinforce which floor the eye professional is on when the appt is made
-work on NOT feeling rushed

Visited for the first time today for an eye exam. I was very pleased with the technician who tested my eyes. He was very nice and informative. Then I saw the doctor who was thorough and answered my questions. Wait times were short. I will visit them again next year

Had to leave quickly because of another appointment cross town. Was assured I would get a phone call to schedule my surgery. Still waiting for the call 3+ hours later. All the staff were very pleasant 😊. Facility was a bit of a rabbits Warren but conveniently located and very clean. …
