Hello, my family and I have been patients for several years and we always received great service by everyone but I would like to give exceptional recognition for Rebecca. Sometimes it's very hard to find a great doctor with great staff, Rebecca always, always gave us exceptional service and she did it with great enthusiasm and dedication. I would like Rebecca to get special recognition because she really deserves it. Rebecca's drive, kindness and enthusiasm makes her a great asset to this office and company.

I was very pleased with how friendly the staff is and very little waiting. Dr Gordon spent a lot of time to explain what he was seeing and made sure I understood. Plus, he has a nice sense of humor.

I've been coming to this practice for a couple of decades and I have no complaints with the doctors or the service received. Today I had Robin as my tech and she's fabulous. Super knowledgeable and share she's been in the industry for a few decades. She explains what she's doing, why, and gives thorough instructions on what the patient needs to do when being tested. Dr DeLisle remains the doctor I currently see and I like how before my appointment is concluded he always asks if I have any questions or concerns for him.

Overall, a good experience. Definitely felt staff was well trained & knowledgeable. Suggestions: -minimize/eliminate the need to go from the 1st to 2nd floor multiple times -reinforce which floor the eye professional is on when the appt is made -work on NOT feeling rushed

Visited for the first time today for an eye exam. I was very pleased with the technician who tested my eyes. He was very nice and informative. Then I saw the doctor who was thorough and answered my questions. Wait times were short. I will visit them again next year

Had to leave quickly because of another appointment cross town. Was assured I would get a phone call to schedule my surgery. Still waiting for the call 3+ hours later. All the staff were very pleasant 😊. Facility was a bit of a rabbits Warren but conveniently located and very clean. …
