The visit was fine. They don't really have alot of good frames tbh. Their customer service is really bad though. I called them beforehand to check when my appointment was, they were confused and said I wasn't showing up in their system. They put me on hold for 40 minutes because "I'm gonna check with someone else about it". Then after the 40 minutes on hold, they ended the call without telling me a single word.
That was extremely rude on their side tbh. But overall it was fine.

Girl who made appointment was in a rush mumbled a mile a minute repeating and talking like a robot. No compassion.
