I transfered to Dr Fisher after my optometrist retired. The office staff at Signature Optometry was great and very friendly. Dr Fisher was very thorough and checked everything related to my eyes. He did a great job at laying out my options for me. His staff was great at helping me pick out glasses. My favorite part was that at no point did I ever feel rushed! This office was great.

5*15*23 was my 1st unfortunate visit there for an eye exam I felt the exam wasn't complete and correct . I was given an incorrect prescription not given to me on paper as a patient as other professional optometrist do. I paid a good amount of $315.00. 3 weeks later I called to see if they were in they said yes. I went to try my glasses on and I was not happy with the results at all. My vision seemed much clearer without the glasses on. I asked for a refund, they do not accept refunds at all. I didn't want to take the glasses that were not fit for my eyes. I felt scammed. The employee I dealt with has a straight serious unfriendly face with glasses and blonde hair . She sent me today home with the glasses I was very unhappy with because they were paid for. I expressed it to her so many times .She only then said to that all I can do is be re-examined. I asked if I will pay again for a new set? She said no Clearly these people hide information until your in it somehow. I feel scammed conned by them. I'm not happy with the exam ,glasses , the visits the no refund policy I was unaware of. It said on the policy with 1 acceptance and that was another visit exam. Even though I'm uncomfortable with this business how they work and treated me. Dr fisher did not treat my exam thoroughly. I mentioned my vision wasn't so bad but I was seeing floaters now and at my age I may have a change in my vision. I really didn't use my previous glasses prescribed because I felt like when I used them and took them off my vision was more blurry off and Dr fisher said it was in my brain . That the vision doesn't change. That made me uncomfortable. Because after that he put in a prescription m and here I am going through this nightmare. I've been to many optometrist before and was treated so kindly respected and helpful up until I walked in here.

I came here for an annual eye exam, and was asked by the doctor if I wanted my pupil’s dilated, so he could get a better look at my eyes. I had never gotten my eyes dilated before, but wasn’t worried about it so I told him to go ahead. From then on, everything was fine, and we ended the visit on a good note. However, over the next couple of days, my vision did not go back to normal. I’d try to read things from a short distance such as street signs and posters, but everything was super blurry… I have never had any vision problems, and the doctor himself told me I had 20/20 vision, and that he would prescribe glasses just to help me with eye strain because I’m a teacher and enrolled in school. When I called to share my concerns, they tried to charge me full price for a follow-up appointment, and told me that my vision problems might have been attributed to me having had COVID a few weeks before, which is highly unlikely as I didn’t have symptoms and haven’t found any correlation between vision problems and COVID when I researched it, lol… Long story short, I will not be coming here again. It could have been a weird reaction, or who knows what else, but I was very unsatisfied with their response. Also, my vision has gone back to normal, thankfully…
