Dr. Jean was so patient with me when I told her my concerns for a thicker contact lens and found the most comfortable brand I’ve ever tried on in my 10 years of having contacts. Confirmed an appointment only to get there and it wasn't the right date. I left work EARLY, was told I could wait but up to 4 people in front of me. I was trying a different brand of contacts. Had met with the doctor less than a week ago. Don't understand why they couldn't give me the trial ones. Taking my business elsewhere.
