I had a good experience with Dr. Wun for a routine eye exam and glasses. Plus later they helped me for free when one of my nose pads fell out.

Walked in. 4 people at the counter. No greeting. Confused someone has entered. No one immediately handles me. Have to pick someone. Why are you here? My face hurts I want lighter frames. Wrangle trying to pull up my insurance but it’s new. Tell me they can’t hear me rudely. Covid glass barrier for no reason. Putting cards through a slot like at a bank or chicken store im a shady neighborhood. They seem to be discouraging me from getting glasses. I repay that I am in pain and want help. I wanted to get this done today and am frustrated by the poor customer device and rudeness so I say no and leave. It felt like a novel concept that someone would come in to buy glasses and they should facilitate that transaction. 4 people doing nothing. Wild. Propensity of other 1 star reviews should be an indication. Avoid.

I called the office in Cupertino for my mom. The reception was professional and answer all my questions. They take medical too. Made an appointment. This morning I took my mom there. The doctor was very nice with a lot patience. Recommended to go there.

They took the time to listen to my concerns about digital eye strain and offered practical solutions tailored to my lifestyle. Dr Pham was very knowledgeable and very kind and patient. She listened to my concerns and asked questions to make sure I know my status. Very happy with the team and will come back next year.

Last Friday I brought the glasses I received a week before to be repaired. There was an attempt to send me to repair the problem at my expense. I insisted that they must fix the problem for me. I was told that the manager would arrive soon and at 11:00 they would call me. Since they did not contact me until 17:00, I decided to go to the place of business where I was told that I would have to wait a week until the manager arrived because only she decides. I explained to them that until she arrives I won't be able to read, or use a computer or anything close. Unfortunately, there was no one to talk to. I would like to mention that the price of the glasses was the most expensive I have ever seen in my life. . To tell the truth, going to the dollar store was much better than the highest price and worst service
