The owner here is such a nice person. He really took the time to listen to me about my concerns and showed how he cares to have a welcoming environment at the store. Originally I had my first appointment canceled at the Tracy location, but he made amends for the issue and I’m extremely happy with how he handled things. The employees were also very nice and accommodating, especially Nancy! The optometrist filling in was very helpful and really good at her job. She gave so many good pieces of advice to help me with my dry/itchy/red eyes I definitely am coming back here and love the options they have for eye glasses.

Waste of time, had to reschedule my exam to a different location since staff doesn’t know how to answer a question. no billing transparency. experience was negative would not recommend.

The optometrist is great! However the office staff are completely horrible. They are rude and charge you for every little thing possible. Do not lose your prescription paper, otherwise it's an extra $25 to get it reprinted from the computer. "It's a business and we need to make money somehow." Word for word what I was told when I asked about getting a new copy of my prescription, which I seemed to misplace since I got it over a year ago.
