This review is for the staff/manager and the office policies and not for the doctor. The staff/manager needs training on how to speak to a customer. The staff was rude and unprofessional in my interaction about “canceling the appointment.” I called the office to cancel, and I was told I needed to pay a cancellation fee. There is nowhere on their website, reminder texts, etc., that there is a fee as such, and on the call, this guy, Andy, said there is an office fee and insisted (rude behavior) to pay. I questioned it, saying I had no prior knowledge or was told/written anywhere on their website, but he kept saying it was an office policy. To the management: If there is a cancellation fee, make it a part of your “book appointment” system or put it somewhere on the website so the customer knows ahead of booking an appointment, not after the fact.

The Optometrist, Dr Nguyen, is friendly, efficient and extremely professional; however, the office hours that are posted on Google are not the actual office hours. I recommend you call first to make sure someone is in... this is not a walk-in service at all. In addition, please make sure that you ask a lot of questions regarding return policy.

This is the worst place ever. The front desk folks are nice but the quality of spectacles is pathetic. They made me come in 4 times for a prescription sunglasses and every time, they got it wrong. They finally delivered one which turned out to be defective, and one can see dark patches, thus making it unusable. Got the lenses checked with another optician and its turns out to be extremely poor craftsmanship. best to avoid.
