I previously went to another optometry office here locally in Livermore (which I prefer to not name) and did not have a good experience. The eye exam and service at Site For Sore Eyes is far superior than any other office I have been at patient at! I will now only come here every year and I will bring my entire family. First, I called to make an appointment and they were happy and willing to look my benefits up and review my coverage before I made the appointment. Let me tell you...the other offices tell me AFTER the exam and sometimes I am sticker shocked at the random charges I was hit with. Second, the doctor clearly loves what she is doing! Throughout the exam, she would walk me through what she was doing and why. She also explained all the things you can find through a regular eye exam (tumors, impending stroke, diabetes, etc.). Lastly, the store is clean and has an amazing selection. Not only did two of their staff members help me select frames, but the doctor also came out and pointed out things that she thought looked good on me. Go to Site For Sore Eyes...you'll be happy you did!

Dr. Nguyen was so wonderful! She’s so thorough with explaining about everything that she did with my eye exam. The office manager Andy was amazing as well, he was very welcoming and made the process very easy for us. Just amazing people that does amazing work!

I had a great experience at this location. The eye exam I received was very thorough and I even found out that my last prescription from another Optometrist was actually too strong for me. Dr. Nguyen is always friendly, engaging, and fun to work with. She gives sound advice and also very helpful in picking out a good frame that fits your style. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
