It was my first time in the clinic for routine check up and the clinic looks a real eye facility and not like a commercialized one. They checked my eyes differently and the staff and doctor explained to me each exam and what I need to know of in example like risks of having in the future which I’m not aware of. The tests are very helpful. The appointment was simple and straightforward. It took 15 minutes to be called. It is not an eyeglass store btw. But I will definitely comeback for annual check.

My first time to meet Dr Voleti due to my prior specialist left the facility. My experience was great, personnel who perform test at me were nice polite and explain test meaning. As per Dr Voleti was a great experience she was very nice, polite as well and answered my questions and make me feel confident on continue to be a Sight Med patient

From the moment I checked in the front desk staff was cordial and professional. Dr.Voleti and her staff saw me in a timely manner and addressed my medical concerns answered all my questions without feeling rushed (this was a very busy day too) As I waited for my appointment all staff showed genuine concern and empathy for all pts in the waiting room Checking out and making a follow up appointment was done efficiently One suggestion would be an area to bring a patient if they had a question about their bill for confidentiality and HIPAA One could hear every detail being discussed at the front desk
