Called in to make an eye exam appointment and the man that answered the phone was VERY RUDE and PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE!!! Do better! That’s not the way to treat anyone inquiring for services.

My name is Heather and I went here for an eye exam and new glasses, and honestly it was such a pleasant experience. The doctor was just absolutely sweet, friendly and fun to talk to. She made every part of the process seamless! I was very happy with my selection for my frames and can not wait to pick up my glasses in less than a week. I recommend them to anyone and have told all my local friends and family about them already! They will be my consistent ophthalmologist.

I cannot recommend this family optometrist shop highly enough. It is run by a lovely father and daughter team. They are genuinely caring people. The work they did is excellent, my glasses are perfect, prices are reasonable (MUCH better than the big chains), and they are a pleasure to interact with. This is my go-to.

Old world service and craftmanship meets the 21st century at a box store price. I highly recommend Snodgrass Eye Care LLC. Nobody will take better care of you than the staff here. Personalized service is spectacular. They can order any frame you can think of and they have a good selection from which to choose. They even added a little blue to my lens to help my eyes while on the computer. Their prices are amazing. They are the best!

A little slow on getting your glasses in but great customer service

Very friendly staff. Everyone I have dealt with is so nice. Also, I don't have eye insurance and they really worked with me.

Arrived today at 11:55 for my 12:00 appointment. There was no one at the desk to sign in with and no one to be found, other than two other patients sitting in the waiting area. I could hear the doctor in the exam room with another patient. She exited with her patient and Kim (the owner) came out of another room. He walked over to the desk where I was and said, "You must be here to pay for something." I responded that I was not, I was there for my 12:00 appointment (it was now 12:00). Simultaneously, the doctor took the woman that had been waiting back into the exam room. I then asked Kim, "Am I not getting in at 12:00?" while gesturing to the doctor and the patient walking into the exam room. He looked at his watch and, with overwhelming attitude and arrogance stated, "I guess you're not." No apology offered and no explanation. Let me be clear---I FULLY expect to wait when I come to a doctors office, but if you are already one patient behind, I also expect--AT MINIMUM--an explanation and an estimation of when I will be getting in as well as an apology. There is a reason I scheduled this appointment during my lunch hour. The arrogance and attitude of Kim really turned me off. After being a patient there for the past 6 years, I will find another doctor who values and appreciates my time.
