Just picked up my new glasses earlier. The frames lady who had attitude with me when I picked out my frames turned her back on me in her chair when I asked if they needed to be adjusted. Candy and all the others were amazing. The frame lady not so much.

I love coming here. The reception staff are so kind and friendly. Dr. Snowden always make sure you're comfortable and educated on your eyes. The wonderful lady who helps you pick frames always makes sure to find the perfect pair within budget only the way an expert would. I cannot believe I found such an amazing eye clinic. <3
